Electron Microscopy at Highschools: We support highschools and student research centers in Germany to aquire older SEMs and TEMs, to move them and set them up to working order again. In our experience with some help from school administration and committed teachers stable work and integration of the scopes into teaching science is possible. Sometimes financing needed for spare parts is a problem, but finding some sponsorship from industries around the schools will help the students enjoy the microworld and have valuable insights into biological and physical specimen.
